These two cases have been consolidated and will be considered in one opinion.
Dr. W. E. Bowling and his wife, Eliza J. Bowling, lived in Logan County, near Adairville. Dr. Bowling owned a large farm in that county. He and his wife had no children. A few years before Dr. Bowling’s death, he and his wife took into their home a young man by the name of Albert M. Angel. Later on there came to live in the family a niece of Mrs. Bowling.
