The plaintiff, McCracken & McCracken, P.C. (McCracken), brought an action against the defendants, Allen Schoeneman and Eugene Haegele, to recover attorney fees pursuant to written contracts whereby McCracken represented the defendants in obtaining property tax reductions. Following a trial without a jury, the court entered a judgment in favor of McCracken and against Schoeneman in the amount of $17,244.75.
