On February 23, 1995, attorney Ernest T. Rossiello filed with this Court a “Motion for Order Compelling Insurance Carrier to Turn Over Partial Insurance Proceeds to Satisfy Assignee’s Interest in Judgment and Motion to Enforce Attorney’s Lien for Expenses of Litigation Advanced.” In essence, Rossiello seeks attorneys’ fees and costs owed to him by his former client, James P.
