MURPHY, Circuit Judge.

Appellants Karen McGavin and McGavin Investment Company (MIC) appeal from the district court’s affirmance of a bankruptcy court order which imposed constructive and resulting trusts on certain real and personal property owned by appellants, granted a money judgment against Karen McGavin, and voided certain transfers of property to Karen McGavin, all in favor of the bankruptcy estate of Brian McGavin (Debtor).
