KENNEDY, Judge.

Defendant was convicted upon trial to the court of the misdemeanor possession of 35 grams or less of marijuana and of the felony of possession of methamphetamine. Defendant’s sole point on appeal is the admissibility of the fruits of a search by the arresting officers of his automobile and of a locked briefcase found therein. He charges error in the trial court’s overruling of his motion to suppress the same.
