The plaintiff, respondent, seeks by this action to foreclose a mortgage on several mining claims situate in Wasatch county, this state. The Glenallen Mining Company is the mortgagor. There is no question raised respecting the regularity of the execution of the mortgage. Several other parties in addition to the mortgagor are made defendants. Some of the defendants are judgment lienholders; others it is alleged have some interest in or claims on the property, and they are made parties for the purpose of foreclosing whatever interests they may have, if any.
