*664Following a sanctions hearing, a hearing board disbarred John A. McNamara III (Attorney Registration Number 19882), effective October 15, 2018. Despite being prohibited from practicing law by two orders of suspension, McNamara failed to promptly notify clients that he could no longer represent them. Rather, he knowingly continued to practice law in violation of his suspension orders, solicited new clients, and accepted fees from them. By doing so, he violated Colo.
