This is a bill filed in the Superior Court of Cook County by Huntington W. Jackson Receiver of the Third National Bank of Chicago, against Oliver H. Horton Receiver of the German Savings Bank of Chicago, Luther K. Tucker, William B. Gates, J. Young Scammon, J. Irving Pearce and Thomas M. Hoyne. The original bill was filed on March 13,1884, and an amended bill was afterwards filed on May 7, 1885. The amended bill alleges that Horton as Receiver made a deed to Tucker, which had the effect of conveying seventy acres of land when it was intended to convey only sixty acres, and that ten acres of…
