Upon the second hearing of this cause we said:

“This was a bill brought by the appellant on the 29th day of August, 1881, for partition of a certain tract of land in Cook county, known as the north quarter of section 7, township 37, north, range 15, east of the third principal meridian, containing about one hundred and forty-three acres. On the first hearing the court entered a decree dismissing the bill, and the complainant appealed to this court, where a judgment was entered reversing the decree and remanding the cause for another hearing.
