Norman Shane Glasgow appeals from the circuit court’s denial of his Supreme Court Rule 29.15 motion. 1 He was previously found guilty of attempted manufacture of a controlled substance under section 195.211 and sentenced to fifteen years imprisonment. 2 On direct appeal, this court denied relief. 144 S.W.3d 354 (Mo.App. W.D.2004).
