MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This case is presently before the Court on defendants’ Motion to Strike Plaintiffs’ Claim under Section 12(2) of the 1933 Act. The motion has been fully briefed and argued, and the Court had previously taken it under advisement. Defendants, with the Court’s leave, on August 18, 1989, filed a supplemental brief advising the Court of additional recent case law supporting their motion.
