This is an application for a writ of prohibition. Tbe following facts, with others not necessary to be narrated, appear from tbe pleadings:

In December, 1924, Jack McAllister began suit against tbe relator here, Bonners Ferry Lumber Company, Limited, a foreign corporation, and thirty-sis others, to recover actual and exemplary damages.
