In this case it was agreed that one Peter Klautka had been an employee of the defendant for several years, and on November 16th, 1921, received an injury arising out of and in the course of his employment, from which he died on the same day. The Commissioner made a finding and awarded the plaintiff, the wife of the deceased, living in Poland, an amount as one totally dependent upon the deceased.
