In the matter of bankruptcy proceedings of Carl F. Beeg. On certificate of referee to review an order directing the delivery of certain of the bankrupt’s property sold at a receiver’s sale to the purchaser and discharged of the lien of a judgment creditor.

HOLLAND, District Judge.

On April 20, 1010, this court, on approving- a receiver's sale of the bankrupt's property, entered an order directing’ delivery to the purchaser “free and clear of all claims of Adam Schlorer, judgment creditor”; and further ordering that the question arising out of the claim of the said Adam Schlorer shall be referred to a referee “for his finding’ and decision, and that if the said referee shall find that the said articles, or certain of them, are part of the real estate, the prices bid therefor shall be taken by the referee as the values of said articles and awarded…
