OPINION ON STATE’S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

2Per curiam

Appellant was convicted by a jury of “purchase of a child.” V.T.C.A., Penal Code, § 25.06. Punishment was assessed at seven (7) years imprisonment in the Texas Department of Corrections and a $5,000 fine.

The Fifth Court of Appeals reversed and remanded on the ground that the trial court had erred by admitting evidence of unadjudicated extraneous offenses during the punishment phase of the trial.
