MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
MARTEN, District Judge.
Currently pending before the court are the defendants’ motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim under Rule 12(b)(6), or in the alternative for a more definite statement and the plaintiffs’ motion to amend their complaint, should the court find it is insufficient to state a claim. Plaintiffs filed their complaint on January 11, 1999. On March 15, 1999, the defendants filed their motion to dismiss to which plaintiffs responded. On April 6, 1999, plaintiffs filed their motion to amend their complaint. The defendants did not respond to that motion.…
