This action was brought by the plaintiffs, Nonles Parnacher, and others, against Sallie Hawkins, now Lyda, and others, seeking in the first cause of action to recover possession of certain real estate in Pontotoc county, in the second cause of action to quiet title in said land against the defendants, and in the third and fourth causes of action to recover damages for the wrongful detention and occupation of the property by the defendants, and damages occasioned by the sale of a dwelling house thereon.
