Atlanta Laundries Inc. filed a petition seeking an injunction against the City of Newnan. It appears from the allegations in the petition that the complainant is a corporation with its principal office in Delaware, but that its place of doing business is in the City of Atlanta. The character of its business is that of laundering, cleaning, dyeing, pressing, and doing such other things as are incident to that character of business.
