OPINION

2Per curiam

This matter comes before the Court in two separate disciplinary proceedings conducted pursuant to the Rules Governing Discipline, SCRA 1986, 17-101 to -316 (Repl.Pamp.1991), in which attorney Charles W. Rawson was found to have committed numerous violations. of the Rules of Professional Conduct, SCRA 1986, 16-101 to -805 (Repl.Pamp.1991). Pursuant to Rule 17-207(B) of the Rules Governing Discipline, on June 27, 1991, he was summarily suspended from practice, pending the outcome of the present proceedings, due to our concern that his continued practice would pose a danger to the public.…
