The State of Missouri appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County dismissing the State’s prosecution of Markus D. Lee with prejudice.

Statement of Facts

Markus Lee was charged in the Circuit Court of Jackson County with one count of murder in the first degree, three counts of assault in the first degree, four counts of assault of a law enforcement officer in the first degree, and eight counts of armed criminal action.
