Halpert Enterprises, Inc. brings this shareholder derivative action against the directors of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. for alleged breaches of fiduciary duties. Hal-pert contends that the Board of Directors of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. engaged in misconduct in connection with that bank’s transactions with Enron, the infamous, now-bankrupt, energy corporation.
