A. INTRODUCTION
Presently before this court in the voluntary Chapter 18 ease of KEITH A. WALKER (“the Debtor”), filed on July 6, 1994, is the Debtor’s “Expedited” Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Injunctive Relief, Contempt, and Sanctions for Violations of the Automatic Stay (“the Motion”).
