I. INTRODUCTION
Richard Reinhardt (p/k/a Richie Ramone and Richie Beau) brings this action for copyright infringement against Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., Apple, Inc., RealNetworks, Inc., Taco Tunes, Inc., Ramones Productions, Inc., the Estate of John Cummings, Herzog & Strauss, and Ira Herzog (collectively, “Defendants”) under the 1976 Copyright Act. He also brings a claim for contributory infringement against the Estate of John Cummings, Ira Herzog, Herzog & Strauss, and Ramones Productions.
