Liesiny Walton was a fullblood Chickasaw Indian. She *276died February 12, 1949, at about 78 years of age, while residing upon her homestead allotment in Pontotoc county, Oklahoma, where she had lived for many years. She left a will whereby she bequeathed to her three living children, Nonles Parnacher, Devet Parn-acher, Nannie Parnacher (now Johnson) , and a granddaughter, Salina Scott, the sum of five dollars each.
