James Reel filed a bill in equity in the circuit court of Randolph county against William C. Reel and Andrew Fansler, setting up that he was over fifty-one years of age and until the winter of 1903 had lived with his father and mother on the farm; that his mother was dead, and one of two sisters was dead, and the other was the wife of Andrew *107Fansler; that the daughters, upon marriage, had left home, but he remained; that when twenty-one he told his father that he was going away from home to earn money for himself; that his father told him that he was his only son, and if he…
