This court, in concurrence with the Attorney General, appointed the Honorable Henry L. Myers, a member of the Montana bar and a former member of this court, a special investigator under the provisions of section 8953, Revised Codes of 1921, to investigate charges of misconduct made by various parties against A1 Hansen, a practicing attorney at Baker, Montana, and county attorney of Fallon county.
