MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter is before the Court on the motion of Intersec, Inc. for summary judgment, Intersec’s motion to suppress the amended deposition testimony of plaintiff Mrs. Opal Frederick and Dr. James Ar-nett, Intersec’s motion to exclude the proposed expert testimony of Mr. Norman Bates, and plaintiffs’ motion to strike the affidavit of Mr. Henry Gilmore.
