Affirming.
On October 17,1927, Beckham Taylor was struck and killed by a train operated by the Kentucky & Tennessee Bailway Company. To recover damages for his death his administrator brought this action against the railway company and its engineer, C. W. Porter, and, after hear ing all the evidence of both plaintiff and defendants, the trial court directed a verdict for the defendants. Judgment was entered accordingly, and the administrator appeals.
