MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON TRUSTEE’S OBJECTION TO CLAIM OF EXEMPTION FOR ERISA-QUAL-IFIED PENSION PLANS

The Chapter 7 Trustee, Joseph G. Butler, has objected to the Debtor’s claim of exemption regarding two pension plans, both of which are qualified pension plans under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”).
