The matter before me is the Trustee’s Motion for Summary Judgment on his objection to the debtor’s claim of an exemption based upon the debtor’s interest in a pension plan. I have jurisdiction to enter a final order on the trustee’s motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334(a), 28 U.S.C. § 157(a) and the District Court’s Order of Reference of Bankruptcy Cases and Proceedings.
