This is an intermediate trustee’s accounting which covers a period from November, 1952 to November 22, 1972, the date of death of the sole trustee. The petitioner is the daughter of the deceased trustee, the executrix of her estate, as well as a successor cotrustee and a present income-beneficiary of the trust accounted for. Her brother, who is also a successor cotrustee and a present income beneficiary of the trust, has filed objections to the account.
