This is a proceeding for an accounting involving the construction of the will of Alessandro Fabbri, who died on February 6, 1922, a resident of Bar Harbor, Maine.

The will was executed on April 13, 1920. At that time the testator was an unmarried man with two brothers and four sisters. One of his brothers and all of his sisters were residents of Florence, Italy. A brother, Ernesto, his wife, Edith, and testator were residents of the State of Maine.
