CHAPMAN, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court upon motion by the plaintiff Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff” or “FDIC”) for summary judgment against the defendants S. N. Aroneck and Arrow Investment Corporation (hereinafter referred to as defendants Aroneck and Arrow) pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. This rule provides that summary judgment may be granted when there is no genuine dispute as to any issue of material fact and a party is entitled to judgment as a matter of law.
