This action was brought to enjoin defendant from extending its electric transmission lines to the city of Moundridge and supplying electric energy to that city and vicinity. After a hearing on the merits the trial court enjoined the defendant from extending its transmission lines to and supplying electric energy to the city of Moundridge and vicinity “unless and until” defendant “shall obtain *615a certificate of public convenience and necessity from the corporation commission of the state.” Defendant has appealed, contending it is not required…
