MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
NUGENT, District Judge.
This case is before the Court on the Defendants’Motions to Dismiss Plaintiffs’ Second Amended Complaint. The Defendants have filed numerous Motions to Dismiss, some filed jointly by multiple defendants and some filed on behalf of individual defendants.
