Defendant-Appellant Alyssa Rambo appeals her adjudications of delinquency in Family Court for Attempted Murder First Degree, Robbery First Degree, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, and Conspiracy Second Degree. She argues that her convictions must be reversed because the police did not comply with Miranda 1 when taking her statement and thus it should have been suppressed.
