MEMORANDUM OPINION

JOHN H. SQUIRES, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on the motion of the debtor, Denny Passialis (the “Debtor”), for summary judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56 and Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 7056 on the complaint filed by Ernie Rizzo (“Rizzo”) against the Debtor for the determination of the dischargeability of a debt under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6).
