Plaintiff recovered a verdict and .judgment in an action of trespass, the charge in the declaration being that the defendant entered the bed in which plaintiff was sleeping, and then and there made an assault upon her, and with great force and violence, and against the opposition, resistance, and will of the iilaintiff, unlawfully had carnal knowledge of her, and did then and there beget her with child.
