Defendants Varsha Mahender Sabhnani and Mahender Murlidhar Sabhnani appeal from permanent orders of detention entered pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3142(e) on June 11, 2007, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Thomas C. Platt, Judge). The Sabhnanis do not challenge the district court’s finding that, if released, they pose a serious risk of flight.
