Defendant Garter Belt, Inc., appeals by right the trial court’s order granting plaintiff, Charter Township of Van Burén, summary disposition and a permanent injunction enforcing the township’s ordinance prohibiting nudity at establishments licensed to sell alcohol. Defendant also appeals the denial of its motion to vacate the judgment and disqualify the trial judge.
