Edward B. Grindle and Prudence E. Grin-dle appeal from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (Hancock County, Mead, J.) in favor of Ruth D. Bowden on her complaint seeking rescission of a deed given to the Grindles and on the amount awarded to the Grindles on their counterclaim based on unjust enrichment.
