This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court of Renville county. The action is one. wherein the plaintiff seeks to have a certain real estate mortgage reformed. A statement of the material facts are as follows: Wilhelmina Kartowitz, at the time of her death, was the record owner of the southeast quarter of section 33, township 163 north, range 87, west of the 5th principle meridian, Renville county, North Dakota.
