This action was begun by John A. Wright, in the district court of Jackson connly, against William T. Kemper, as receiver of the railway lines and property of the Kansas City, Mexico & Orient Railway Company and L. E. Hooten, who it appears was fireman on the locomotive which caused the injury complained of.
