Petitioner Ala Borovikova, a native of the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (“USSR” or “Soviet Union”) and a citizen of Ukraine, petitions this Court for review of a November 21, 2002 order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) affirming a decision of Immigration Judge Elizabeth A. Lamb (“the IJ”) denying her application for asylum and withholding of removal. Case no. A 73 651 621 (February 8, 2000, New York).
