Plaintiff obtained a $20,000 judgment in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, Maryland against the B & E Transportation Company, Inc., and/or Louis Brodsky. Subsequently plaintiff caused an attachment on judgment directed to the goods, chattels, credits, etc. of the said Louis Brodsky to be served on Life and Casualty Insurance Company of Tennessee as garnishee.
