OPINION.
TYLER, District Judge.
This is an action brought by a New York resident, Morton Eisen, charging the two major “odd-lot” dealers on the New York Stock Exchange — defendants Carlisle & Jacquelin and DeCoppet & Doremus — with conspiring and combining to monopolize odd-lot trading and with charging excessive fees in violation of the Sherman Act. 15 U.S.C. 1 and 2.
