This matter is before the court on a petition to review an adverse recommendation of the Board of Governors of the Oregon State Bar on an application for reinstatement by a disbarred attorney. The applicant was disbarred by order of this court in 1961 for employing runners to solicit personal injury cases. See 228 Or 9. The trial committee appointed by the Board of Governors to hear the application unanimously recommended to the Board that applicant be reinstated.
