Appellant Betty Perugini appeals the district court’s summary judgment in favor of Safeway Stores, Inc. and some of its supervisory employees (collectively “Safeway”) and the United Food & Commercial Workers International Union, Local 916 and certain of its supervisory personnel (collectively “the Union”).
