This action was commenced in the district court of Pitts-burg county by Minnie Neal, a full-blood Choctaw Indian, against the Travelers Insurance Company and others to recover possession and to quiet title to the allotment of her deceased child of whom she is the only heir. A demurrer was sustained to her evidence, and she has appealed. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court.
