STRUCKMEYER, Vice Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from an order of the Superior Court denying appellants’ motion for leave to amend their complaint and granting appellee’s motion for summary judgment. Reversed.

On November 12, 1976, appellants filed a complaint in Maricopa County Superior Court, alleging that in 1973 they acquired 1,500 American Telephone and Telegraph Company warrants at an aggregate purchase price of $8,710.50 through Bache & Company; that at the time appellants were advised that such warrants were convertible to common stock, but that Bache’s agent failed to inform them…
